 Describe your business and what your product was

My group and I had created four different sherbets (but not as fizzy) and placed them in small bags with a lollipop inside it too which was tied by using 2 ribbons

How did you find the process of making your items and working as a team? 

It was okay I guess, though we were a little slow and so some people had to come and help us a lot

What were the highlights of the process ( What did you enjoy )

When we started creating the powders (totally not because we got to taste it)

What were the challenges of the process ( What you did not enjoy )

It would probably be packaging the items after all only 1-2 people knew how to tie the ribbons on properly

How did Market Day go? Did you enjoy it and why?

It went great since we sold a lot and quickly and I really enjoyed it considering my teammates were my friends

How did you show you were using the school values?

-We were able to achieve our goal

-I respected the CEO’s decision

-Near the end we weren’t even close to being done but we showed resilience and commitment

Gummy Bear Osmosis

 Aim: 

I want to find out what happens to Gummy Bears when we put them into different liquids. 

Prediction: 

I think that the Gummy Bears will large up or get smaller and taste different because of the liquids. 

Method: 

Equipment 

• 3 solutions - water, sugar and salt
• 4 Gummy Bears of the same colour
• 2 Petri dish 
• Marker/Pen
• Electronic Balance
• Measuring Cylinder
• Beaker

Instructions 

1. Collect your equipments
2. Label the Petri dish with dry water, salt water and sugar water
3. Weigh the Gummy Bears and record the weight on the Petri Dish
4. Add 40ml of the solution onto the Petri dish

Making Ginger Beer

Aim:

I want to find out how to make ginger beer

Research:

 
 Method: 

Equipment:

• A Cup
• A Tool To Stir 
• Luke Water 
• Sugar
• Ginger
• Lemon Juice 
• Yeast 
• Tea spoon
• Table spoon

Instructions:

1. Get your equipment 
2. Add some yeast into the cup
3. Put a teaspoon of sugar into the cup
4. Pour 150ml of luke water into the cup
5. Mix the concoction together with the mixing tool
6. Add a little squeeze of lemon juice into the cup
7. Put 2 teaspoon of sugar into the cup
8. Mix it again 
9. Let it sit out for 24 hours
10. Taste and describe it

Results:

When I took a sip, it tasted a little bitter and I could still feel tiny chunks of ginger
